About Me

I’m a mid pack runner with a lot of opinions, but no authority on anything. I just tell it as I see it.

I log on average about 20 miles a week, am comfortable with the half and marathon distances, get out on trails and have one entry-level ultra (50K) under my belt. I have a history of meniscal knee surgeries in my late 20’s and early 30’s and took up running at 40. Through a combination of form adjustments and footwear, I’ve transformed my running practice to a place that really feels sustainable. Zero-drop shoes with a wide toe box work for me.

Hope this site has some value to anyone who’s stumbled upon it.
